Updates from Kendall

I will keep the latest news flowing chronologically here as kendall sends it:

11:24 a.m.–the clergy are finished voting and the parishes are now being called.

11:30 a.m.–the parishes and missions are finished being called and voting.

11:32 a.m. the ballots are now being counted. There was a question from the floor as to how many churches are parishes and how many missions so that the total vote available and the necessary vote to win in the lay order are clarified.

There are 26 missions and 20 are present and accounted for.
There are 47 parishes and 46 are present and accounted for.

12 noon: nothing new from Kendall. Will post anything here as soon as I get it.

I just got a call. There has been a bishop elected on the first ballot, but, only one of the nominees was there. So they have NOT announced, and are calling the nominee to see if he accepts...
Meanwhile, its lunch time...

That's all I know..
